The US M17 helmet also known as Doughboy helmet is similar to the British Brodie (Tommy) helmet.

The US Army WWI M17 Steel Helmet Aged Reproduction is made from lightweight tough steel.  The helmet has been given the aged treatment making the appearance a more authentic and vintage look.  The helmet comes with goatskin and cotton liner.  The liner has a mesh top which can be adjusted to provide a more comfortable fit.  There is a brown leather chin strap which has a brass coloured metal buckle.
